Empowering Women to Power Network

How to save time, earn more money and live a life of success by building quality relationships everywhere you go

by Ponn M. Sabra

Ponn Sabra's life reads like a dramatic novel: Compulsive over-achiever's American dream shattered by a devastating car accident and discovery of a debilitating physical condition.
What happened next resulted in the energetic entrepreneur's first book, Empowering Women to Power Network, offered through Sabra's web site and, starting today (August 11) on Amazon.com.
In order to celebrate the launch, Sabra has partnered with a number of other experts to create the Women's Empowerment Tool-Box: Everything You Need for Your Professional and Personal Empowerment ~ From Start-Up to Success!. Details are available on her web site.
Sabra, a self-described achievement maniac, was the youngest public health official in the U.S. She worked three part-time jobs while studying to obtain her master's degree, homeschooled her children despite an extraordinarily busy career. She succeeded with everything she did, to a level most would consider totally Type A.
When another driver ran a stop sign, that world came crashing down. Sabra was incapacitated, unable to work on her computer, watch television or even move her head without risking pain. Vertigo kept her off-balance and in bed, where she began to realize it was time for her life to move in a completely different direction.
Sabra's new mission: To help women entrepreneurs 'power network' to build their businesses. More than that, she shares her personal story to help women know it's okay - in fact, it's essentialy - for them to take care of themselves as they live their busy lives.
Filled with valuable resources, including a long list of Web sites for women, Empowering Women to Power Network is a quick and interesting read, written in Sabra's warm, energetic voice. She also freely shares her spirituality, which she writes has been a tremendous source of energy as she recovers from her accident and continues to push forward into her new life.
"I am not a lecturer handing out a 'full-proof guidebook to success,' for this is not my intention. I am, however, your power network friend, who is often bold in my views and strict in my ways. Nonetheless, I’ve always landed on higher ground than where I started. Remaining humble to God gives me the strength of self empowerment that translates to the selfless giving of my possessions, such as the simple act of smiling," she writes in the book's foreword.
